Introducing our impressive storage facility on Lake Champlain, boasting the largest indoor storage buildings in the area. With a vast 40,000 square feet of heated storage space, three indoor cold storage buildings, and ample outdoor storage for boats, we provide a comprehensive solution for all your storage needs. Our facility can accommodate up to 300 boats.

To ensure the safety and convenience of our customers, we offer water and electricity access for fall and spring maintenance activities. Additionally, we have a 35-ton Marine Travelift, guaranteeing the secure launching of your boat.

All boats that need to be placed with the travel lift for winter storage will be charged a fee of $100.00 for standing boats or moving oversized cradles into position.

If a boat needs to be placed for temporary storage after hauling, a fee of $150.00 will apply.  This does not include the launch fee.
